Galaxy Nexus doesn't support USB Mass Storage, such that it cannot read memory card from external card reader via OTG Cable. Luckly, it support MTP(or PTP). Nikon D700/D7000 support MTP/PTP also, such that you can browse D700/D7000 from Galaxy Nexus directly. What you need is a USB OTG cable.

Just plug in the cable and turn on the Camera, Android's Gallery will open with Nikon's folder added:)

Notice for D7000: You have to insert SD Cards in both slots. Otherwise, the Nikon's folder will be empty without photos.

You can share your Android phone’s data connection with up to eight devices at once, by turning your phone into a portable Wi-Fi hotspot. (for Android 2.2 or higher)

To enable Wi-Fi hotspot:

1 - Press Home , press Menu , and touch Settings to open the Settings application.
2 - Touch Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot.
3 - Check Portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

The phone will broadcast its Wi-Fi network name (SSID), it can be connected with up to 8 computers or other devices. An ongoing notification is added to the Status bar and Notifications panel.

To disable Wi-Fi hotspot:

4 Uncheck Portable Wi-Fi hotspot to stop sharing your data connection via Wi-Fi.

USB tethering (Android 2.2 or higher)

USB tethering: share your Android phone’s mobile data connection with a single computer via a USB. (for device running Android 2.2 or higher)

*You can’t share your phone’s data connection and SD card via USB at the same time.
