Flash Downloader installs a launcher icon which, when clicked, will download Flash for your device from the official Adobe download site.

Note that Flash on Android is no longer officially supported, so your experience may vary. It's still great of course for iPlayer and the like, remember that Flash is not supported in Chrome.
